Nkodibe Interchange Mixed-Use Development (Mtuba Ridge)
A large-scale commercial precinct at the Nkodibe Interchange, the principal gateway into northern KZN.
The Nkodibe Interchange Mixed-Use Development is a large-scale commercial and mixed-use precinct located adjacent to the N2 National Route at the Nkodibe Interchange in Mtubatuba. The development is intended to become the principal commercial gateway into northern KwaZulu-Natal, supporting retail, business, residential and hospitality uses.
The project will leverage its strategic location on the N2 to attract regional investment and stimulate urban expansion.

Road access is funded national roads work and the first anchor tenant is already building, so the groundwork is in place. The remaining phases are open, and an early investor sets both the position and the rental benchmark for the precinct.
