The district

Water in the west, coastline in the east, two borders at the top

Lake Jozini sits behind the Pongolapoort wall on the western side of the district. The Indian ocean and the iSimangaliso wetlands run the full length of the east, and two international borders — Mozambique and Eswatini — sit along the northern edge. The eleven catalytic projects are placed against those three assets.

What the investment case is built on

Three of the physical assets the catalytic pipeline is placed against.
