Hluhluwe Mixed-Use Development
A flagship commercial precinct on the N2 next to the TotalEnergies Bonjour Petroport.
The Hluhluwe Mixed-Use Development is a flagship commercial precinct strategically located along the N2 National Route adjacent to the TotalEnergies Bonjour Petroport in Hluhluwe. The development is positioned to capture the significant tourism and freight traffic travelling between Durban, Richards Bay, Hluhluwe, Eswatini and Mozambique.
The project will establish a gateway commercial node for Hluhluwe while supporting tourism associated with Hluhluwe–iMfolozi Park, iSimangaliso Wetland Park and the Route 22 Tourism Corridor.
