New Government City Precinct (Mtubatuba CHC Precinct)

An integrated government and civic precinct centred on the new Mtubatuba Community Health Centre.

The New Government City Precinct is centred on the new Mtubatuba Community Health Centre (CHC) and seeks to establish an integrated government and civic precinct. The development will consolidate public services while creating opportunities for commercial investment, residential development and supporting social infrastructure.

The precinct is intended to become a modern administrative and service delivery hub for the district.
